We’re looking for dedicated team members who bring skill and enthusiasm to our landscaping crew in Santa Cruz. Here’s what we’re looking for in the ideal candidate:
- Team Player: Works well with others, communicates effectively, and is ready to support fellow team members
- Comfortable with Equipment: Proficient in using mowers, leaf blowers, and other landscaping machinery
- Experienced in Landscaping Tasks: Skilled in mowing, pruning, trimming, and shaping plants
- Physically Capable: Able to lift 30 lbs or more, squat, walk, and stay on your feet for up to 8 hours daily
- Driver’s License: A valid license is a plus to support transportation needs
- Bilingual Abilities: The ability to speak English and Spanish is preferred but not required
