Phil’s crews have years of experience, are able to make independent decisions, and offer design modifications which we accepted. The team of Jesus and Jesus handled the pruning, lighting, installation of the water feature, and irrigation. Their work was of the highest quality, in particular, the pruning which was a masterpiece of Japanese style.
